Tamale Ivan

In all children Tamale is special, different and there is nothing better no better words to describe what he has been passing through since his childhood every day every time. How he has been working and helping his grandmother a crippled who cannot, walk, or do anything not even to take herself to the toilet alone . It is nothing better than the grace of GOD.

Tamale is 12 year old boy who was neglected by his real parents and abandoned under the banana plant; his mother threw him in a banana plantation with no good reasons but that he was untimely. Mrs. Nakilanda   as she was at her place site, she heard a voice of a child crying around her toilet she had to go and check, upon reaching, it was her grandchild crying. She has taken cared for the child until now. The grandmother narrates the story and thanked the child for taking care of her because without Tamale she can’t do anything on her own because her own children abandoned her and considered to be a burden to the family.

Tamale has never seen both parent’s mother and father and he misses to see them and to be loved together with parental care. He said that he is being neglected by his friends both home and at school; he is being abused because of the grandmother.

Mrs. Nakilanda shared some of the challenges that since she is disabled she starves so much to get what to eat, and school fees for the child since she has no one to lean on and she requested the club to help her with startup capital in her skill of making mats to be able to get basic need for her home and to be in position of paying school fees for her grandchild Tamale.

As in its written in proverbs 19:17  That giving to the Poor is lending to GOD, The directors of the club felt so touched and decided to stand and to put a smile on Tamale and his grandmother’s faces  with soap, food e.g. posho , rice,meat,soda ,bread , startup capital. Clothes and so many other things.

The family was so grateful for the club for blessing them with surprises at the time un expected. And the Club continues to help the family of two whenever they can
